Tricking My Mind To Relax

I am often reminded by friends that I need to relax, take it easy, not worry so much… Possibly you’ve already come to that conclusion if you’ve read some of my posts.I can’t help it!  I’m a perfectionist and a worry wort!  And it does me no good…intellectually I know that no one (especially me) is perfect, and worry without action is just a waste of time.  So I plan, I write, I work, and I read…and in doing all of these things I keep my mind busy enough so that I don’t worry so much.Damn…See More
