- I am an author.I have been a college student off and on for more years than I care to mention. I am finally a senior at Arizona State University. I only attended since 2006 and was accepted as a junior. I am currently a English Creative Writing major, but if I don't get my portfolio accepted, I will have to become an English Lit major. Wasn't Alice Walker (The Color Purple) an English Lit major. I am hoping to go on to getting a masters degree (MFA) either in Creative Writing or English Lit.
