Chris Tusa, author of "Dirty Little Angels" talks about writing his debut novel and about not writing "safe little books".Exerpt from post: "Unfortunately, happy, content characters don’t teach us much about ourselves. BOOK REVIEW: Is It Just Me Or Is Everything Shit?

Is It Just Me Or Is Everything Shit is for the most part, a table book set out on the cocktail table to amuse your guests with the raucous title. There are some funny bits but overall has the feel of a blog compilation. It contains zilch in the way of creativity and would not hold up to the label of literature, and yet…there’s a Volume… Continue

BOOK REVIEW: The Very Lazy Lion by Jack Tickle

This book was artfully compiled but greatly lacked in quality content. Two of the pop up pages contained angry looking animals, the lion and the hippo. When you reach the final page, the author tells the young readers that underneath the hair, monkeys are just like us. Anti-Creationism subliminal messaging aside, this book was subpar at best and intolerable in general. I would not recommend this book due to the misrepresentation. If an… Continue

Early Endorsements for “A Circle of Souls”

Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."

Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"

Book Synopsis:

The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.

The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
In this stunning psychological thriller, innocence gives way to evil, and trust lies forgotten in a web of deceit, fear, and murder.

Yes, perhaps. Ferdinand was king of Sicily. I wonder how many women were running around Europe with swords and armor?

Thanks for your great review. I'm still pushing for some visibility. Queen's Cross is showing at the Book Expo in NY next month, and I've got an ad on WNYC, too.

Dusty, I'm so sorry. My mother's breast cancer was all gone for a couple of years, but now it has returned. I learned today that she probably has two more years to live, as it is in her bones...

The book is helpful, and we have sold hundreds of them. I can sell you one, if you wish. They are $9.95 plus shipping. Total of $12.50.

My webite's paypay isn't set up for that, so mail me a check if you want. The PO Box address is on the "About Us" page.
