Frederick Coxen has not received any gifts yet

Here is just one of many compelling journal entries from my grandfather's WWI journal. The Great Promise contains all of his entries. Visit my website wwone100yearanniversary.com to see additional entries and documents.
September 17th–October 13th
On the 20th of September I managed to get a little drop of water to wash my face, for it had not seen water for 8 days and I had not shaved for over a fortnight. I looked at myself in someone’s little…

In 2014 the world will celebrate the one-hundred year anniversary of World War I. In 2007 I was given my grandfather's war journal and a box containing several of my grandparent's documents.
The journal entries were so detailed and compelling that it motivated me to write a historical war novel that is unlike any other. "The Great Promise" does not address the history behind WWI nor does it dwell on military tactics or strategies. My intention was to transcend the reader…

Hi, I wanted to greet you as I just joined the website. I have recently published a FREE (donation based) eBook and I would be thrilled if you included a review on your site. Here is a ditty about it:
The generous seas do roam vividly,
And sacred words spoken earnestly.
People suffer and people go to war,
I just hope these words will go afar.
On 26-4-2013 I published a FREE book,
Indeed a feat of altruism, no crook!
I suffer in silence in every moment.
I have no money to publish a stunt.
I was just hoping for word-of-mouth
And email propagation as loudmouth.

Hey. Found the August 2011 rebroadcast of your grandfather's story on APM. Check out http://thestory.org/archive/The_Story_8811.mp3/view. Very cool.

Fred (do you mind if I call you Fred?), I stumbled on a really cool way to connect with your audience and become more visible. Check out http://about.me/pennyfreeman. You can make yourself a page and then make a page on your blog (use the link to another URL option) so it will show up on your blog's page bar. You can see how I've done it here: http://bit.ly/MDIVBP. Also, I've found the group Network Your Blog (on bookblog) a good way to get people over there. Follow-for-follow also helps.

Archway to Acknowledgement is a group that can increase your following on twitter if you are interested in that. I have joined many groups that fit the topics I write about and that can help me market my debut novel as well as the one I am working on now.
If you get a chance please check out http://www.TheBridgeofDeaths.com it is a Historical blend of fact and fiction. I hope you enjoy Book Blogs as much as I have,
Catalina
