How to host a virtual book tour?

Hello :) I'm a blogger and I have a website that reviews books. Lately I've been getting invites to host virtual book tours however I don't have any idea how to do it and how a virtual book tour should go.. *embarrassed* are there any rules? what's expected of me? I will appreciate it tremendously if anybody here could give me a basic background of how to host a virtual book tour. TIA :)
