Hi HJ. Understand yr problem re setting up-just been thru that myself. First thing to do is unpanic-one step at a time is best.Wordpress is the best way to go-everyone uses it and there are lots of plugins you can use to set it up the way you want-most are free. If you have questions just google them- someone will have had same hassle and its on the net. Dont go overboard with lots of plugins- KISS is best always keep in mind that understanding SEO is a very good idea-slow loading websites are bad news. Good rule of thumb-make sure yr software is latest version and keep it that way. If you are not sure what a plugin does, dont use it until you understand it and never use 2 plugins that do the same thing- conflicts are very bad. also-good idea is to look at other blogsites for ideas, mine is www.markheadblog.com and it works for me. Happy to give more info if you need it- leave a message here or my blogsite- all the social buttons are there and within easy reach. Good luck. Cheers. Mark

Hi, I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.

My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.

It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.

The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.

I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.

My website is http://www.ezbuybutton.com.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you. Thank you for your time.

kindest regards,
Jay Siva

Welcome to Book Blogs! I am an author of middle reader fantasies (Random House) and medical reference guides. (It's an odd combination, I know.) I maintain a how-to blog for aspiring writers: how to find an agent, how to work with an editor, how to promote your books, and so on. It can be found here:

http://publishedtodeath.blogspot.com/

And here: http://www.ericaverrillo.com/index.html

I also write a blog about treating CFS/ME (aka Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)

http://www.cfstreatmentguide.com/

My latest book: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: A Treatment Guide, 2nd Edition will be free on Amazon on January 19 and 20th.
