Favorite Book: The Gunseller by Hugh Laurie

About Me:: I'm never quite certain what to say in these "About Me" blurbs, but anyway here it goes...I'm a mum to 4 fantastic kids, I work and study in the health care field. I have a talent with accents and dialects (vocally), I can read and understand spoken french and italian but struggle to speak or write them myself. I would love to travel and spend time immersing myself in different cultures and languages to become a polyglot (mulitlingual) but reality says "Nope, not right now".
I love to write stories, and I love to read them. I devour books in great heaps, depending on how busy I am with kids,my partner, work, school and so on. I read at least 1 book a day but I have been known to read 2 or 3. (That university study course in speed reading helped me get through more than just monster sized textbooks).

I've read just about every book written by my favourite authors at least twice. I've had a hard time finding new authors that hold my attention, from the various mainstream publishers. Its all the same old rubbish wrapped in a grammatically correct and glittery package, with no real substance or uniqueness between the pages. So I decided to start turning to self published authors to see what new and fantastic tales I could find...and to maybe develop the courage to put some of my own work out there for others to see :)

But Poinsettia has an ulterior motive for her sudden and strange intrusion into her host's life which causes Emylene to question her whole belief system.
