In my apparently misguided effort to get away from KDP, I put up my books for sale on some other websites during the month of September.  As of now, I still have not been paid by Kobo, ibooks, or lulu.  I sent them e-mails inquiring about my money, but didn't even get an email of acknowledgement.  To add insult to injury, Amazon slashed my royalties for the month of October for no apparent reason.  The payment does not match the amount on the sales report THEY sent me.  Has anyone had similar…See More

When I started my first book, it was a kind of therapy.  An exercise in 'could I do it'.  It never really occurred to me I would actually want to become a writer, and have my book read.  But now its complete, I want half the world to read it and the other half to like it.  I am not a blogger, the whole concept of blogging is a different world.  Still I will follow your progress and wish you luck (simply because the period of some of your novels are in 'my time zone too'.  Good luck
