I don't know when you find free time with your schedule! I salute you for your standing up for a cause and for being so industrious. Hopefully you're giving God some quality time too. I found that when I got so busy that He was the one who got left off the schedule. I'm trying to rectify that now.
Blessings upon you!
Don

Early Endorsements for “A Circle of Souls”
Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."
Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"
Book Synopsis:
The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.
Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.
The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
In this stunning psychological thriller, innocence gives way to evil, and trust lies forgotten in a web of deceit, fear, and murder.
POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER: THE SILENT EPIDEMIC
J.L. Vallee is among the hundreds of thousands of people who have experienced trauma in their lives, resulting in devastating, life-long effects.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD, is an anxiety disorder that can develop after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm occurred or was threatened.
Vallee’s book, Severed Soul: One Woman’s Journey through Post Traumatic Stress, vividly depicts trauma in its varied forms.
This is a survival story about how PTSD, once thought to be a condition suffered only by soldiers brutalized and ravaged by war, can affect men and women who have found themselves in traumatic situations.
People who are in abusive relationships are just as likely to suffer from PTSD as soldiers are, according to studies released by the National Institute of Mental Health.
In detail, Ms. Vallee describes her experience of dealing with PTSD. She explains what it was like to live everyday in a hell, consumed by real fear and irrational fear. “Between the trauma from car accidents, emotional abuse, and death…” Severed Soul will take you into the world of PTSD.
PTSD is as real as cancer, and it has no prejudice when it comes to age, race, gender or economic status.
“Severed Soul will lead you through the feelings of personal anguish and fear that live within a person suffering from PTSD,” Ms. Vallee explains. “This story is told in an unusual and unique way, though it is an easy and informative read.”
The author states how PTSD can be caused as a result of many life-altering episodes, including:
Emotional abuse
Natural disasters
Catastrophic accidents
Violent sexual or physical assault
War
Terrorism
Kidnapping
Harrowing and dynamic in its detail, Ms. Vallee’s book has opened up a whole new way of looking at the darker side of being human, and offers a lifeline to countless numbers of people out in the world who are living in fear and without hope.
“This book will educate those with a loved one who suffers from PTSD, and will give hope to those who have experienced trauma,” says Ms. Vallee. “I want people to know they are not alone, and that help is out there for those who suffer.”
J.L. Vallee resides in central New England and is currently attending Mount Wachusett Community College in the legal studies program. She is an advocate for battered women and veterans.
