Sample Chapters
One of the best tools I have seen writers use to bring in readers is to offer sample chapters. Amazon has had that available on certain books for several years now. Couple that with some decent reviews and bingo, a numbers jump. This group is for those authors who wish to provide a sample to do so. You will find some of mine here, enjoy. - About Me:
- When I was thirteen years old I read The Talisman, by Stephen King, and a seed of an idea was planted that someday I wanted to create different worlds and realities.
After a stint in the US Army, a year as a long-haul truck driver, and a couple as a log home builder, I enrolled at the University of Montana. There, I majored in Psychology and, by chance, took a creative writing course that allowed me to revisit that old idea of writing. Words started to flow, and worlds were born.
After college, I started a small woodworking business with the express purpose of using it to fund my writing journey.
I live in the Pacific Northwest with my wife and my bodyguard, a Mini-Schnauzer named Jonesy.

I think cheap is a good strategy when starting out. You can always revise your pricing when you get more feedback, and when that all important book two comes out!

As I bought your book on my wife's kindle it won't be long before she is reading it too! I think you are selling yourself short at $0.99 but it was a real no-brainer to buy and try at that price.
I am reading a lot at the moment - usually several books on the go at once - so it could be a while before I finish. ;O)
