This is a place for everything YA--from authors, reviewers, or just readers! If you write reviews for a young adult novel, you can post your link here, or if your looking for suggestions or a place to get someone to review your book, this is it.
I thought this post might be helpful for everyone.
I saw this morning on The Story Siren that Kristi had created a Privacy Policy - for all the details on why (for parents who's young children enter contests, etc), see Kristi's post.

I generally have trouble when it comes to anthologies. I never know when to read a story; is is set in the same world as a series? If I haven't read the series yet, will it spoil something? What order should I read these stories in?
Because of this…

Last week, I interviewed Bella of A Bibliophile - check out her book reviews, and the book blogger interview.

I have read guest blogs on other people's book blogs, but I now have the opportunity to have an author guest blog on mine. I've not done it before and don't know how to go about it. I've tried researching, but I'm getting confused, so I was wonderin…
There is a possibility that I will be interviewing an author in the not too distant future. I've already typed up a number of questions I'd like to ask, but this will be my first interview and I thought it would be an idea to ask if anyone has any t…
I seriously need some space on my bookshelf for new books I have. So I've got myself a Bookmooch account to swap several books from when I was younger that I won't read anymore. Most YA novels, one children's novel.

Hi Jo, I've just finished reading/reviewing the latest Kathy Reich book '206 BONES' - extremely well written, slightly macabre but totally fascinating.
My name is Chris Tusa, and I'm a writer from New Orleans. My debut novel, Dirty Little Angels, is now available for pre-order from Amazon.com, and I am writing because I was hoping you might be willing to read it and post your thoughts on your blog (or on Amazon.com, or on some of the other book-related sites). If you're interested, I'd be more than willing to send you an e-book version by e-mail. Just let me know. I've included a summary of the novel below:
Dirty Little Angels
Set in the slums of New Orleans, among clusters of crack houses and abandoned buildings, Dirty Little Angels is the story of sixteen year old Hailey Trosclair. When the Trosclair family suffers a string of financial hardships and a miscarriage, Hailey finds herself looking to God to save her family. When her prayers go unanswered, Hailey puts her faith in Moses Watkins, a failed preacher and ex-con. Fascinated by Moses's lopsided view of religion, Hailey, and her brother Cyrus, begin spending time down at an abandoned bank that Moses plans to convert into a drive-through church. Gradually, though, Moses's twisted religious beliefs become increasingly more violent, and Hailey and Cyrus soon find themselves trapped in a world of danger and fear from which there may be no escape.
