Publishers and promoting...
I am currently using Createspace and I like them. I've done two books with them, but I'm looking to publish a book of a different genre. It's a bit more gritty (crime drama) and more adult. My other two books (2 of 3), are geared more towards age 13 and up don't have any adult content (i.e, violence and naughty words). They said they'd publish it, but it seems like the other publisher I'm looking at offers a bit more "bang for the buck". Can anyone offer their experience with other publishers?…See More

I'm new to the site and I'd love any suggestions on how to get my work more exposure. I'm reading a lot of posts and they are wonderful! I've gotten many "welcomes" and links to personal blogs and they are phenomenal! Can any one offer suggestions on additional ways to gain more exposure? My first book is in a smaller local bookstore, but it's very hard to get traction other than word of mouth. I like the advice about using quickfamesystem.com as well as GoodReads.See More

New to the site
