99 cent ereader/profitable or a mistake?
I know that this question is all over the blogsphere but some of the answers come from really successful Indie writers. I want the perspective of folks like me, first novel, tried the book route. Had a few sales and now on Kindle. I lowered the price yesterday from $2.99 to .99 to see what the response or change would be....Anyone else ever do this and what has been the response? As for the image, I haven't tried it, but I believe you can upload it if you click on "settings" on the upper right menu of your Book Blogs page, then "my page" on the left and finally "appearance" on the my page settings. You will be able to play around and insert your image in several places if you click on the "all options" tab and on the different camera icons.

AuthorRoberta Goodman said… You're welcome, Kalua :) You can post a picture or a video directly below profile information. I chose to post a book trailer of my novel. Directly to the right of where it says link, there’s a button for image. Hit the image button, which will open a window to upload the picture or video. Hit browse then choose what you want from your computer or a URL. Some people chose to use their book covers for their avatar instead of a picture of themselves, but I think displaying it in the center of the page is better.
