Wow, so you have a lot going on. We're peas in a pod :-)

Word of advice:  Build your blog as part of your book release. Also get active on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and GoodReads. It makes a huge difference in sales. Trust me on this one, I'm a book publicist!
