- Hi! I am happily married to a military man, and we have two fantastic sons. I have an avid and lifelong love affair with the written word; therefore, reviewing books is a fun way to share that love with other readers. I read many different genres including mainstream historical and contemporary romance, erotica ( including m/f, m/m, f/f, menage, BDSM, etc), chick lit, mysteries, political thrillers, inspirational fiction and some young adult. I love a book with strong relationships, and I do not care if the book has a happily ever after ending as long as it well written and emotionally satisfying.

One night she comes upon an old painting in an antique store and is compelled to purchase it. When she brings it home an image of a young woman appears in the sketch and then magically materializes in her apartment. Emylene nick-names her 'Poinsettia' and they soon become fast friends.
