I figured we could start a discussion about the weirdest books we've ever read. Has anyone read a strange book that wasn't associated with the bizarro movement but might fit comfortably within the parameters of the movement established by James' descriptions?

I couldn't possibly pick a favorite book. There are too many in the running
About Me:
I'm an instructor of humanities. My first book, Uncle Sam's Carnival of Copulating Inanimals, was published late last year by Eraserhead Press imprint NBAS. They're a great publishing house to work with and I have had a wonderful experience so far. They publish what is known as bizarro fiction.
