About Me:
Businessman who has suffered from Bi Polar for over 40 years.

I became Bi Polar in my teens like many others, but the condition can go undiagnosed as it get lost in what's seen as normal teenage angst. Tried most of the cures and all the therapies, and learned to stop looking for a cure ( there isn't one ) and manage it myself. Wriiten a book called Dodging Suicide - A Lifetime's Preoccupation which is an affectionate, but excoriating account of coping with the illness and how black humour and self deprecation have helped manage the ravages of the condition
