I really like the new Blogger features that take us directly to our Design page or New Post, but I find that my skipping a step, we no longer pass through the dashboard that shows all the blogs we are following, that I am not visiting other blogs the way I used to. It's mouth or hand operated, so you'd be able to use the one hand to guide the cloth, and the mouth switch from what I understand in place of the peddle.
Also, for quilts, my grandfather laid their quilts out on long square poles that sat in notches made in saw horses. you'd do the stitching (yarn work, etc.) in one, and then turn the poles, and have another row. It would probably be slower with one hand, but I don't see why it couldn't be done.
