- I have worn many hats over the years. As a young adult, I was an accomplished studio guitarist and singer working with notable artists and performing in venues throughout the US. In the early 90's I had worked with several pioneering dot com companies as a graphic designer and web programmer. Over the last 10 years my career has taken a unexpected and rewarding turn. What was to originally be a temporary position, has lead down the path to a full-time passion for caregiving.
With the encouragement of family and friends, I have written a book about my experiences working with the elderly and disabled over the past 10 years. Now I can add yet another hat to my collection, Writer. :-)
My book provides a unique and personal look at some of the people that I have cared for over the years. I have also teamed with professionals to provide a practical and easy to understand reference guide for both the professional and family caregiver that is included in the second half of the my book.
