Author, Novelist, Dog Lover, Creative Soul whose background includes 20 years of Corporate Challenges,10 years of freelance writing and teaching and 50 years of relentless pursuit to live my life true. I'm equally at home writing non-fiction and fiction, but prefer the latter. My current project is a novel about following your heart. You can read it at my webblog (link below). Bohemian in style with glamorous accents when dressing up, I enjoy an eclectic lifestye with my husband in a small but sophisticated PA village which (besides chores and work and writing) includes Martini's, Dinner Parties, Netflix Movies, Theater, Conversations and the endless search for a satisfying read of fiction - heartfelt, character-driven, enlarging, enlivening, enlightening, well written fiction!

The energy I've created and received by doing what I love has been so incredible. It thrills me to know that it is translating across the blogosphere. I truly appreciate your observations and support.
To answer your question, I've been preparing to write a short story about the fire. I've tried to include a bit of that experience in two different novels but it was never right. Recently, I was telling a humorous story about this amazing woman back in Cali--Rina, my hairdresser. She's a single Afghan mom and a very popular singer in her country. She is gorgeous and energetic. A friend said I should write a short story about her. Now suddenly, I have a list of short stories. I'm thinking about a small collection to release on kindle. We'll see.
Wow. Wow. Wow. I love the blurb you emailed to book blog people. NICE! I love the premise of your story and LOVE that you blogged about transforming from POD to ebook. That is going to be so useful to a ton of folks here. Did you always want to be a guru?
