About Me:
I never know exactly what to write when asked to write About Me. I am just Me; I have a wonderful husband named Brendan, and an adorable dog named Martini. I was blessed with a very loving and supportive family on both my side and my husbands. I own a bridal boutique called The Couture Closet and while it is very challenging and stressful to be a business owner (especially in this economy) I love the challenge and it is very fulfilling. My passions are reading, music, art, fashion, and writing. I have just started to dabble in the Blogging community and I am addicted hook line and sinker. I am currently the author of 3 blogs, http://www.GeebsBookClub.blogspot.com (my book blog), http://www.montgomeryky.com (my family blog), and http://www.CoutureClosetBoutique.blogspot.com (my Boutiques blog). So right now that is Me, but it is always evolving, changing, maturing so it may not be Me forever.

I just read your review on the Handmaid's Tale. I'm a big fan of Atwood. If you haven't yet, check out The Robber Bride. I think it's her best book, but it never really got much press (or I don't remember it). It is a bit long---but so worth it!

Yes, I love that book too, and as you say I have read it at least 6 or 7 times since the first! I haven't seen the movie yet, I'm a little scared too, I don't want to be imagining Eric Bana as Henry, not that I don't like Eric Bana, but he's just not Henry! I think it's the ultimate love story, I just love the whole idea of it.
