- I am a retired elementary school teacher and then associate principal. For my second career I have decided to read books, review and blog about them. My site is called anitabook.com as in "I need a book." I have been happily married for 38 years to the same man and we have four wonderful grown children. Now we have four precious pups that we adore and who comfort us as empty nesters. I have two grandsons that are fantastic and who give me great joy!!!
