I've always been an avid reader. Even in my younger school days, I would sneak any opportunity to read a chapter under my desk, even though I got caught every time, and spent the remainder of the class with my head on my desk. Even now, replace the school desk with a work desk, and I still do what I love...read (minus the head on the desk for getting in trouble and more like taking a cat nap from staying up late the night before reading).
I'm known by my friends as the "walking bookstore". I'm used to being asked if I've read a certain book and if I would recommend it to them. They also ask for books I would recommend to them.
I've never introduced them to a book they've hated, but I have introduced them to worlds in books they adore...which was my reason for starting this blog. I wanted to share my love/hate relationship with books with whoever is interested, outside my circle.

Thank-you for your friendship! I would find it an honor to have you read my book. I have just completed my new autobiography, and I would like for the world to be able to check it out. I believe that it would change people's lives just by the sharing of these events, and my ultimate survival. For many years I sat alone and thought that my life was just a mistake or an unfortunate accident due to my circumstances, but then I heard the awesome voice of God in my heart and I decided to share it with the world. It would be an honor to have a person like you share in the experience. I give all of my thanks and glory to God for bringing me through such a trial, but as I said there is a reason for all of our tribulations on this earth, to be able to strengthen one another with our experiences and triumphs. The link to my book entitled "Born In Betrayal" is https://www.createspace.com/3694258 . Feel free to comment or share the link with your friends and family if you like. My ultimate dream is that one day my book would be put to film. Pray for me:) Thank- you again for your friendship. Yours, Patricia Maxey "The Germantown Angel" God Bless!

Wow, that's incredibly cool, MaryAnn and Gabrielle! That's a great way to add balance to YA reviews, since many adults like them too. Your blog is also gorgeous :-) I'll go fill-out your contact form right now. Thanks a million!
