Hi, I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.
My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.
It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.
The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.
I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.
I would love to conduct the biggest blog hop ever through the month of September and sincerely hope you will please ... pretty please ... take just a moment of your time, read what I have in mind and join me.
I first was going to run a release contest and canceled it in lieu of doing this. Right of passage into the world of romance fiction is a challenge unto itself especially when you're a new author breaking into the business. I am finding myself amongst the ranks of the unemployed for the second time in almost two years and other than standing on my head and whistling dixie, doing a large blog hop is the only way I can think of getting in front of the masses.
I've set aside the last of my savings to offer something unique to your followers as well as make it as rewarding and fun as possible for you as well.
Not only will one of your followers have a chance at 5 fabulous prizes but to show my heartfelt appreciation, each participating blog owner will also be entered to win from a separate group of the same 5 prizes. A total of $600.00 in giveaways. I'm not requesting reviews be done because I've been blessed with some beautiful ones which are posted on my website we can refer your followers to.
All I'm asking is a post noting my book cover, trailer and back cover blurb. If you have already promoted my book, you are still welcome to participate again and we'll work it as a release reminder instead. You can check out the prizes on my website, copy & paste them along with the rules (or I'll forward the jpgs. to you). My website will act as the official home site for listing all the participating blogs, to expose you to my followers as well and lend a helping hand. I will have a third party source conduct the final random drawings for both the followers and bloggers.
I've never done this before and if you have any other suggestions ... I'm all ears.
Will you please help me make this the biggest promotional blog hop ever?
I'm Shana and I just want to introduce myself. I visited your site and I like podcasts as well. I'll have to check out some of your recommended podcasts to add to my listening pleasure!
I also want to let you know that my company has two books we are organizing for virtual book tours that you may be interested in. I posted a notice in both the "Dedicated Book Reviewers" and "Blogging Books" under "Looking For Blogs that Want to Participate in a Blog Book Tour". Thanks for checking it out!
Not sure if I am a member of this group or not, but if not, would certainly like to join.
Also, I would like to call to your attention and propose a review on my
historical novel about women in the Bible:
THE TRIUMPH OF DEBORAH
If you would like to consider the book for review I will be happy to send
in a copy.
Recently published by Plume/Penguin, it offers a daring interpretation of
the riveting tale of one of the most beloved biblical figures: the revered
leader, judge and prophetess Deborah, who led her people to war and also to
In ancient Israel, war is looming. Deborah has convinced warrior Barak to
launch a strike against the neighboring Canaanites, who threaten their
people with destruction. Against all odds he succeeds, returning
triumphantly with two daughters of the defeated king as his captives. But
military victory is only the beginning of a personal turmoil, of which
Deborah becomes part.
Despite setbacks in her own life, she gropes her way toward her greatest
triumph: the attainment of peace. Will she be able to persuade Barak to be
her emissary of peace, as he had previously carried out her design for war?
Following the lead in the bible (Judges, 4-5) the novel pays tribute to the
feminine strength of Deborah from which women today may derive inspiration.
Despite the difficult conditions for women prevailing at the time, she
"cracked the glass ceiling" over three thousand years ago. What all women
can learn from Deborah is that no matter what the field in which they
choose to realize their potential, no matter what is right for them, they
can draw on their inner strength to achieve it.
THE TRIUMPH OF DEBORAH comes in the wake of my two previous biblical
novels, THE SONG OF HANNAH and THE GARDEN OF RUTH, which have already had
six printings, each).
The novels are not just for those with an affinity to the Scripture. They
all have intriguing plots, have frequently been referred to as "page
turners" and are written in a light style, first and foremost for reading
pleasure. Yet, in a rather painless way, they impart some knowledge of
history in biblical times.
