New Rule Regarding Review Blogs

Here's something that is going to impact all of us. I know that the subject of whether or not to indicate that you are reviewing a book that you received for free has come up before, and that there are differences of opinion of the subject. I thought I'd share this with you, since the FTC has taken the choice away from us.Starting in December, any person who posts a review of a product that they received free in exchange for a review is going to be required to disclose that they received the…See More

Hitchhiker's Guide Number 6??

Why?? I am a huge, huge fan of the Hitchhiker's Guide 'trilogy' by Douglas Adams. And I came across this article regarding the fact that there is going to be a sixth installment of the series written by Eoin Colfer, which left me thinking the word "travesty" over and over. I have nothing against Eoin Colfer (author of the Artemis Fowl series), but the Hitchhiker's Guide books are absolute…See More

Need some guest bloggers to fill in for nxt 2 week

I am being stretched far too thin over the next couple weeks and could really use some help; perhaps in the form of a few guest bloggers. If you have ever gone over to my blog Horror and Fantasy Book Review, I simply am not going to have the time to take care of it right, and I would appreciate anyone who may be able to contribute a guest blog post. If you would like to read it I can mail an advance readers copy to you. Thanks for your time in advance.

Early Endorsements for “A Circle of Souls”

Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."

Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"

Book Synopsis:

The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.

The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
In this stunning psychological thriller, innocence gives way to evil, and trust lies forgotten in a web of deceit, fear, and murder.

Would be honored if you would review my third novel -- No Mad. I think you'll find parts of it on the dark side, but in a way that will make you laugh. And if you don't like it, it didn't cost you anything, and you have a free table level.
