- My name is Scott I have worked with or for women the better part of 25 years. I have been married for 25 plus years and have two children, one boy (eldest) and one girl (youngest) both over the age of 18. I served an eight year hitch in the U.S. Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Field / hospital Corpsman (pronounced corman just in case president Obama is reading this book) and worked in or around the healthcare industry (a women dominated industry) my entire adult life.

We all play differing roles in our personal and professional lives and those roles affect the way we deal with people and the way people deal with us.
