Book Blog Tour

Hi everyone,My first novel was just released about a week ago and a good friend of mine told me to look into blog tours as a way to gain circulation, but mainly to get feedback on my book.First off, I've never taken part of anything like this before. So, can anyone enlighten me further on how this works? Also, how I can get readers or reviewers to participate? I'm excited to get people to read my book, but I also would like to have people who are truly interested. Can anyone offer any advice on how I should go about this? Where to go for book reviews?

Hi,I'm ready to release my very first book, which is currently in ebook format, but I was told that good book reviews will quickly help with sales. I saw one company that handles this service for $100 or more. That seems pretty high. However, I was told that there are some out there who of this service for free.I'm not sure which way to go, so can anyone help me with this or give any advice on trying to find a good one?
