About Me:
During my thirteen years of service as a police officer I worked for the Butler County Sheriff's Office, the Middletown Division of Police, the Trenton Police Department and was one of the five officers who started the first fulltime police department for Fairfield Township in Butler County.

Book Review date 2/27/2009

I found it very interesting and detailed and I was impressed with the recall that went into it. Sure did bring back a lot of memories.
The sad part is that the shifts throughout the country are still understaffed after all these years.

A Cop in the Sixties

Yes, That is the title of my book. I lived it from 1965 to 1969 when I worked as a deputy sheriff in Butler County, Ohio.
The accounts in the book are true. I started to write the book one winter and got nearly finished with the book, but I had to stop and have a quad heart bypass. I finished the book while I was home recovering and had it published this past February.

Sorry it took so long to reply.
The only costs involved by Blue Line Publishing House is the acutal print and shipping costs. That is determined by trim size, paperback or hardcover, number of pages, etc. If you could give me an idea of those factors, I can get details for you. I'd sure look forward to reading more of your work.
