Scott Harper is the author of more than 30 published short stories and several novels. There has been talk, from several fronts, about turning his fourth novel, "Predators or Prey?", the first book in his Wendy Markland series, into a live-action project.
Harper graduated from Marysville High School in 1993 and began screenwriting in 2007, after the publication of several short stories and novels, and has worked on projects for James Tucker Productions and 11th Dimension Films. He is currently involved with several projects, covering literature, film and comic books.
I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.
My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.
It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.
The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.
I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.
We are looking for authors and readers alike to help make our Pinterest Competition happen!
All what you would have to do is send us a picture with the book you have written, the book you are reading, or your favourite book near a landmark or a known place and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Pinterest Competition’ as the subject. We will then pin this to our Pinterest board http://pinterest.com/unclebook/books-around-the-world/.
This should be really fun and a great way for you to get your book seen in a unique way!

Welcome to Book Blogs. I just joined too, and I'm having a great time getting to know people. I'm the author of the award-winning (and occasional Amazon bestseller) breakout novel, Perfection Unleashed, and I'm currently busy preparing my second and third novels for release, working on my freshly-minted blog, and currently in the middle of a blog tour.
Two things on my blog may of interest to you. My Author's Journey is a detailed description of what I've done and why along the path to publishing. Some have found it helpful and I hope you'll check it out. It's a work in progress. Next, I host guest posts and author interviews, so feel free to look me up for some free publicity.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
