I am looking for some help in creating an ebook. I want to publish my book with Amazon kindle store, iStore and Smashwords.com . How much can I expect to pay for such a service.

My blog is some what different to most in that it is written by the characters of my novel Cursed. It makes for an unusual read because Seth and Erin write about many of the major themes in the novel - anything ranging from life before birth to life after death. Not to mention the bits in between.Thanks
