Not a silly question! Not at all. Sadly my answer is limited to blogger. However, I bet wordpress is as easy. It's a "gadget" feature in Blogger on the design page. I selected it from a list and it did all the work. You have the email subscription so that's good. I have that as well, but I'll tell you why, as a reader, I'm not a fan. I don't like getting anything in my email that I have to deal with later. I'd rather talk with my friends and now, any new BB people I want to welcome. I so much enjoy seeing my follow list when I open my account on blogger. I can review EVERYONE I 'follow' (through the gadget) and see what they've posted. That's just my opinion. I'm sure many people don't share it. There are other follow features, but I'm partial to google's. :D

BTW, LOVE the cupcakes. Those are beautiful. I'm following by email because I like your site and want to know when you update.
