- About Me:
- My name is Casey and I'm a college student trying to figure out life after graduation. I'm majoring in English and would love to work with books in some form or fashion. I don’t really remember how my love of reading started, but it's been a defining part of my personality for as long as I can remember. I'll try almost any genre, but I'm particularly fond of young adult (both speculative fiction and contemporary), and some middle grade and children's books (Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, The Giver, etc). You can see some of my favorite books here and books I particularly recommend here.
Aside from the book-related details, I like alternative/indie/rock music, but I'll listen to almost anything (except country!). My favorite TV shows are Gilmore Girls, The Vampire Diaries, Doctor Who, Bones, Jeopardy, Glee, House, and The Big Bang Theory. I have an adorable puppy that I love more than anything on the planet. I love the beach and the ocean. I'm a coffee addict. I like sleep, but I don't get much of it. I use a lot of sarcasm. My favorite color is green and I really like sunflowers. I'm pretty clumsy and I can't cook to save my life. I'm majorly arachnophobic. I think that's me in a nutshell.
