A Challenge for grammarians

This is a writing challenge to all you grammarians. Apply all the nuances of the English language on the following and see if it has the same poetic sense. That will require not only a red pencil, editing, but reading and comprehension. I will add it to my book, also on my blog: More Things I Write About Women SCARY AND UNCANNY GIRL She said she’s fast I said I’m slowShe not my lover, she said I’m only a friendShe’s really scaryI saw it in her eyesI told herWe never talked about why she was…See More

Why push books for $19.99? My blog is free!

People treat me as if I were strange writing, “I won't read your books and writings unless you buy and read some books Amazon.com said I can give away” How is that supposed to promote your book? I wish I could get my free blog promoted in like fashion. I have been trying to get read for 15 years and I thank God for the Blogosphere. Now I have thousands of Word pages that I desire to be read and everyone acts like a publisher. Everyone wants me to read instead of write. Do you know how hard it…See More

Has anyone achieved must success in selling your book say on Amazon.com? The last time I checked, and that was months ago, I had to compete with 700,000 authors known and unknown. Does Amazon.com have a section for independent authors,?See More

Where can I find a website host that I can download my ebooks and music

Years ago the webhost T324, allowed me to build my own website, to download from and link to to any bank, if I desired to earn a living. Has this opportunity become a thing of the past? I can do my own promoting counting on word of mouth as well. If I use the major distributors I will be buried amongst thousands of authors, they set the price, and no one knows who I am.

Does anyone know how to list all the blogs on blogspot.com?

I've been trying to find a way to list all the blogs on blogspot.com so I can select the one's I want to view. I haven't been able to figure out how.

Hello Chaplain, I certainly appreciate your point of view. In the beginning I was not a champion of Barack Obama. I was past the age of voting someone simply because he or she is black. I felt that our first Black President should be someone who truly represents us--the descendant of a slave. He does not fit this criteria. I also was against him because I felt like his "worldly" upbringing could not allow him to understand what my people, our people, have endured ever since we set foot on this soil. After the last four years, I have a feeling that he "now" does. Whoever wins this election, I wish them the best because it is not going to get better. To me it's like we are repeating history, all the gains are slowly but surely being snatched away. If Obama does win, I hope that the powers that be do not resort to the last straw--the same fate as that of the late JFK, RFK, and MLK. We shall see. Looking forward to conversing with you.

Thank-You for your friendship! Check out my new book. Alot of people wonder how I could have the courage to tell the world all that I have overcome. I only do so because  I believe that my book will somehow be an inspiration to you, and make you continue this journey a little happier being thankful for "everything" that happens in your life. May God continue to get all of the credit and glory out of my life story. Never be ashamed of your journey, and may God Always Bless! https://www.createspace.com/3694258 .

I don't think so. I think you are going to need a link for each PDF. The only way to get around that would be to ZIP all your pdfs into one file and offer that as a download. Then your readers can download the zip file, uncompress and have a folder with all your files. If you don't know how to compress a folder it is really easy in later OS. Just right click the folder and it should give you the option.

Early Endorsements for “A Circle of Souls”

Linda Fairstein, NYT Bestselling Author: "A fascinating debut - this novel takes the reader to the darkest places in the human soul, from a writer with the authenticity to lead us there. A stunning thriller and an important read."

Judge Judy Sheindlin, star of the Judge Judy Show: "The seminal work of this fine author kept me glued to my chair until the adventure was over and the mystery solved. A great read!"

Book Synopsis:

The sleepy town of Newbury, Connecticut, is shocked when a little girl is found brutally murdered. The town s top detective, perplexed by a complete lack of leads, calls in FBI agent Leia Bines, an expert in cases involving children.

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter Gram, a psychiatrist at Newbury s hospital, searches desperately for the cause of seven-year-old Naya Hastings devastating nightmares. Afraid that she might hurt herself in the midst of a torturous episode, Naya s parents have turned to the bright young doctor as their only hope.

The situations confronting Leia and Peter converge when Naya begins drawing chilling images of murder after being bombarded by the disturbing images in her dreams. Amazingly, her sketches are the only clues to the crime that has panicked Newbury residents. Against her better judgment, Leia explores the clues in Naya s crude drawings, only to set off an alarming chain of events.
In this stunning psychological thriller, innocence gives way to evil, and trust lies forgotten in a web of deceit, fear, and murder.

Hi,

My name is Chris Tusa, and I'm a writer from New Orleans. My debut novel, Dirty Little Angels, is being released from the University of West Alabama on March 1st, and is now available for pre-order from Amazon.com. I am writing because I was hoping you might be willing to mention it on your blog (or consider it for review). I've included a summary of the novel below:

Dirty Little Angels
Set in the slums of New Orleans, among clusters of crack houses and abandoned buildings, Dirty Little Angels is the story of sixteen year old Hailey Trosclair. When the Trosclair family suffers a string of financial hardships and a miscarriage, Hailey finds herself looking to God to save her family. When her prayers go unanswered, Hailey puts her faith in Moses Watkins, a failed preacher and ex-con. Fascinated by Moses's lopsided view of religion, Hailey, and her brother Cyrus, begin spending time down at an abandoned bank that Moses plans to convert into a drive-through church. Gradually, though, Moses's twisted religious beliefs become increasingly more violent, and Hailey and Cyrus soon find themselves trapped in a world of danger and fear from which there may be no escape.

If you'd like to read the first chapter before you commit, feel free to visit my web site:

Thanks so much,
Chris
