Have you ever just wanted to talk with your favorite living author? Who would it be and what would you ask?If you leave a suggestion, then your wish is my demand. I will try my hardest to make every request happen and track the progress made, i.e. the % we get and the % we don't.I will post the interviews on the web show Author Feast. New interviews will air every Tuesday.http://authorfeast.comSee More

Hi, I came across your blog, and I thought you would be the perfect person to contact.

My name is Jay Siva, the founder of EZBuyButton.com, an easy 'buy book' widget for authors. I'm contacting you today because I think you and your readers would love to know about the EZBuyButton widget I've created.

It is the most advanced 'buy now' widget for selling books. I make it free for authors and publishers, worldwide, to quickly and easily create and use our EZBuyButton widget to place on their website or blog to immediately increase the sales of their books, especially if their books are listed for sale in more than one retail store. I made it super easy, with just a few clicks they just copy & paste a piece of code onto their website/blog, and they're done.

The widget allows website visitors to select which device they'd like to use to read the author's book, and then select their preferred retail store that they'd like to purchase the book from. It also geolocates the visitor's location and will send the visitor to the correct country specific retail store so that they can buy the author's book. The widget is also fully customizable, and the author will have access to detailed real-time statistics of the use of their widget.

I would like to invite you to visit my website, and try out the EZBuyButton widget. I hope you find that my widget will be useful to you and your readers, including all the authors, literary agents, and publishers you're in contact with.

My website is http://www.ezbuybutton.com.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you. Thank you for your time.

kindest regards,
Jay Siva

Hi, My name is anita buice and I'm new to Book Blogs.  I would love to follow your work and if you'd send me a link to anitawbuice@gmail.com, I will.  My site is anitabook.com as in "I need a book."  I would LOVE for you to check it out and if you like it get ready to send me some books to review.  My address is anita buice, 202 Richards Street, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.  Then just look for the review on anitabook.com.  If you could send multiple books I would use them for giveaways to promote your work and my site.  I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for the time and effort that it takes to make this happen. Blessings, anita of anitabook.com

Your point of view response.

I do know how old you are. I am 59 years old and I came on the scene just after the Baby Boomers. It was 1971.  MLK, Jesse Jackson, and Malcolm X open door that I ran through. Many became resolved in their blackness. I got a summer job at a major the Monday After I graduated. I married my high school sweet heart, lived in Hollywood, CA and we took the bus for many years. She did not work for 7 years but attended Cal State Northridge in the San Fernando Valley.

Affirmative action took place. In 1978 it affected me. I transferred from Los Angeles to San Francisco to embark on a computer software programming career. I heard more times than I like the word token as it pertains to token Blacks. Those who gained employment just because they were Black. I did not them referring to me as a token. Even today few have high level occupations in major corporations and even journeymen positions. We ever said we have to work twice as hard. We did not want to be confused with a token black.

There are many on the fast tract to success. Nepotism is one way. When I saw Obama’s fast rising track record, never to take time out to get experience, that last Black in congress and the senate, fast tracking to the President in time to be conveniently termed as the first Black President, in time for all those were waiting for a black president in their life times. I had to vote for him. And not for the reasons you maybe still think. I was dying for black people to see what a token black really is. Now they would.

The black experience has taken on many forms in U. S. I don't think any black has experienced mine. They were not there in my world.

Token blacks are not hard working Americans like us. I feel vindicated by Obama.

Hello Yvonne! You commented "This week I did a book review and an article about President Obama”

I partially read your review and I certainly can say a lot of negative things about the President. What he actually said. This totally fictional account of Obama’s life I can not appreciate however I defend his right to express it writing. So many say things they would never commit to writing.

I wrote my first 3 Acts play. My two prophet buddies forced me to study prophecy for over 20 years. Ron was convinced Richard Nixon was the Anti-Christ. He proclaimed it until his passing at age 74 that, "America is Babylon according to Revelation 18. And you better get your Fannies out of town according to Revelation 21!" He is not black.

So what did I do? I listened to President Obama and what he proclaimed (not in writing. I have not been able to get his transcribe speech’s). I came to the conclusion that he was the Anti-Christ spoken of, and worse an African like the Pharaoh of Egypt, Africa who would not let Gods people go. I am black.

I thoroughly enjoyed writing this play about the 1st African/America President of the U.S. and others contributed. The Right Reverend Jesse Jackson was black and also the Right Reverend Right was black.
