When you post a book review or talk about a book you like, you can use the Discussion Forums and Groups on here to invite people to read what you've written or to join your site. A LOT of my readership came from here. You can also use Book Blogs to find authors who want to find people to review their books - I've gotten a lot of free books this way too...
