A very funny mystery by Joseph Orbi (shhhh! it's a little gay!)

In trying to get Joseph Orbi's books known, there is this novel written recently by the title of Cosa Nostra. No, it's not about the mafia.Cosa Nostra is a little gay, a little straight and very funny. A blend of black humor and suspense, it is also the story of a murder that happens without musical accompaniment. Set in New York, Cosa Nostra describes the outrageous entangled lives of Frank Lippi, an Italian Don; Maestro Enrico Monticelli, a flamboyant opera impresario; his extremely forceful…See More

The books of Joseph Orbi

Before there was the ...Code there was "Cenacolo," a novel that deals with 2 harrowing weeks in the life of Leonardo da Vinci.  It is a historical novel of intrigue, suspense and forbidden love. Its principal characters are some of the giants of the Renaissance; Leonardo Da Vinci, Niccòlo Machiavelli, Ludovico Sforza and Çesare Borgia, depicted, not like the mythical figures they became, but as they were, men driven by passion; working, loving, striving and simply trying to survive one of the…See More

Hi Sebastian

Thank you for the friend invitation, and welcome! I'm happy to "meet" you. I think it's wonderful of you to want to promote this author's books. He sounds like a very accomplished author with a wide range of characterizations. I'm just finishing reading "Fire in the Hole - A Year in the Life of the World's Sorriest Stuntwoman" by Colleen Kelli, another unusual and wide-ranged book. It's one I have to do a review on. I then put my reviews on at least 10 different sites, including my blog, book groups such as Library Thing, Shelfari, and several book outlets such as Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Chapters... I really enjoy reading for reviewing, I seem to get a lot more out of the books that way. My book review site is R&B: Read and Blog. I also am a beginning writer with a children's picture book finished, an older child's book outlined, and an adult cozy with a touch of paranormal in process of writing.
