Thanks Guys, Thanks for all your help.
I don't know if I am blind as a bat. Or I did not scroll down far enough or Trish and Bethany did a little twicking.
But I want to send a big blog hug your way. Thanks for all your help, and everyone that came to the rescue to try to help me. I love the blog now. But I have to do a little twicking because I love the theme. But my picture that I have been using is a little too dark. I am going to have to play around with it to make it brighter. Or…

Well almost finished Love Knot by Elizabeth Chadwick and I've enjoyed it immensely, immersed in the love story of Oliver and Catrin, beautifully woven with historical details.
I can't say I enjoyed the stilted style of Jean Plaidy's The Plantagenet Prelude but I have to decide whether to go on with another in Plaidy's Plantagenet series or proceed with another Elizabeth Chadwick novel... Any advice??

New Moon is the second book in the Twilight series. I have to say that I loved New Moon almost as much as Twilight (rarely do I love anything in a series as much as the first).
In Twilight you are introduced to Edward and…

A fascinating look at the life of the man who brought chocolate to mainstream America. Milton S. Hershey's life is presented in an interesting, straight-forward manner.
Hershey was raised in poverty as his father, always dreaming of something bigger and better, drifted from place to place. His mother came from a prosperous Mennonite family. Hershey's early business attempts were failures, but he persevered with his mother's family's financial…

The Reluctant Fundamentalist is a very unusual story of a young Pakistani man, Changez, and the impact that 9-11 has on his life. Changez was a Princeton graduate and immediately hired by a very prestigious firm in NY. While living in NY, he developed a relationship with Erica, a unstable, but very outgoing girl. Changez enjoyed the American (NY American) lifestyle until the attacks on the Twin Towers when the native New Yorkers began to treat him differently because he was Muslim. He no longer…

Tristi Pinkston has a terrific way of understanding human nature. After the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941, Japanese Americans living on the west coast found themselves persecuted for their heritage. Despite that persecution, Ken Sugihara, a student at UC Berkeley, tries to enlist in the US Army, only to find himself turned away. He soon finds himself turned out of school. The Japanese Americans lost homes and savings and found themselves…
