If you could look and feel the way you wanted, be able to eat and do what you wanted, all by implanting a small micro-chip into the base of your head, would you? Smoke all you want, eat all you want, and be able to control how your body responds, would you?

Author Interview ~ Mary Pax

Since I’m an avowed SpaceCadet, I’m real happy Mary could stop by for an interview.  Let’s get it rolling :-)

I originate from the east coast of the US, but have lived in the Pacific Northwest for about 10 years.

When did you begin writing and can you remember how it felt inside, back then?

I wrote my first story sometime in grade school.…

Reading Leads To Writing, Even If All Your Reading Is Life…

Here I go again, spinning out one of my theories about reading.

I’m either brave or clueless since these posts, written in the stillness of my writer’s cave, could be seen by much smarter people hundreds of years from now, when humanity has figured out this mind-thingie, and I could be laughed to shame.

Good thing I’ll be dead then…

Reading Life, eh?

In my previous post,…

Read > Write > Publish > Repeat = A Wonderfully Strange Life

I'll start explaining the title's formula with the word "strange". Its

history shows it meaning, "from elsewhere, foreign, unknown,

unfamiliar".

A Strange Life...

So does reading then writing then publishing then repeating the process create a life that's

unfamiliar, unknown, foreign, and from elsewhere?

Ask any serious writer :-)

The reason I started this little explanatory formula with reading is

because I'm in agreement with the folks… Continue
