Walking Manhattan's Rim- The Great Saunter, is by Cy A Adler, an affable old geezer who has often made the 32-mile trip around the perimeter of Manhattan Island, New York, NY.  I love this book because it is an action and visualization book.  It makes me fantasize about getting out of the house and going downtown (all of Manhattan is downtown for me, since I live in the Bronx) to sites- like by the Moorish-roofed style buildings of Yeshiva University.
