I read 7.5 novels in July (with an average rating of 4.3) and one individual short story. I read 2367 pages (an average of 296 pages per book). My favorite read was a tie between People of the Book, The Poisonwood Bible and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. These were all outstanding books which I highly recommend. My least favorite book was The Island of Eternal Love, which I ended up not finishing. Seven of the eight books I read were written by new-to-me authors this month.
