Although HPP agrees that having a book to hold, smell, touch, and connect with is extremely better than reading electronic books or kindle books, our everlasting attempt to maintain printed titles has now been compensated with an attempt to move forward in the electronic age. We have decided to upload two books as e-books as an experiment.

With business, it appears that if we don't continue to grow and mold to the trend times, then there is a lack in communication between publisher and community. We have now started blogging, twittering, facebooking, and myspacing with hopes of connecting to a greater audience. What I am finding is nationally we are known to organizations, magazines, and media. But locally we are suffering in our efforts to become recognized. I am not sure what to do?

An example, I have been in touch with multiple children's hospitals outside of NM, working with their Family Resource Centers and they have all cordially cooperated with information. Not to mention the interest from the organizations and residential schools I have contacted. But locally I cannot get people motivated to pursue our books.

So we are hoping that setting up the electronic communication services will enable us to viral market our company and our products. We carry a variety of medically savvy books in our bookstore that range from pregnancy topics to addiction. Our publishing company publishes multiple bibliotherapy books for children and an array of adult medical books. www.healthpress.com
