Far too many emails.

I returned to this site, altered my settings, and then was deluged with emails. Too many. The site needs to adopt a better filtering system, otherwise the volume of emails will prevent those of us who are busy from contributing. I've had to turn off all emails. But I'll try to return to see if anyone has an answer for this problem in the near future. In the meantime, sorry, but farewell.
