I write a blog entitled "Seeing Through the Lies and Limitations of the Ego" on WordPress.com. It's related to the themes of my self-help book, "Overcome Any Personal Obstacle, including Alcoholism, by Understanding Your Ego". Inspired and informed by Eckhart Tolle's insightful writings and from the death of my wife Amy from alcoholism and from my own descents into hell on earth thanks to alcohol abuse, the book is a road map for the spiritual seeker. It helps readers answer the most basic and important question anyone can ask, "Who am I?" Or more accurately, "Who am I not?"
