Looking to Partner with Overseas High School Creative Writing Class

Does anyone know of a high school creative writing teacher in an English speaking country (not the USA) who would be interested in partnering with my class to exchange work and offer feedback during the 2011-12 school year? The sister class could be in Ireland, England, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, The Philippines, etc., or an international school elsewhere. We could communicate via a joint wiki, blog and/or Skype. Any ideas?
