Self-Editing For Fiction Writers by Renni Browne and Dave King (book review)
I'm about to begin the next part of my journey into the world of writing. This next leg of the trip will be the tedious process of revisions and self-editing.
Quite honestly, I'm looking forward to this next step. I've not looked at my manuscript since NaNoWriMo because the trip and the holidays, so I'm eager (in some ways at least) to look at it.
I have a few blog posts planned on what I've learned about the editing and revision process from various writer friends, but this highly acclaimed book deserves a post of it's own.
When I started this writing adventure, I began a list of writing books that various authors recommended. This was one that kept coming up again and again. Once I finished my rough draft, I was determined to read this book. I wasn't disappointed.
