When am I going to read a good vampire novel again. I just read Sunshine which is critically acclaimed and I sure as hell don't know why. I am currently reading Minion book 1 in the vampire huntress series. I hope its better than what I have been reading. The last good vampire book I read was The Turning

and Dead Until Dark

Actually the entire series of both are awesome. Vampire novels, manga, and geishas are my thing right now. This year I have decided to challenge myself to read 75 books. I am also partaking in a book challenge where you have to read 8 books by Feb. 1. You choose 8 books and 3 alternatives in case one of the books is horrid. You must read those books ONLY.So far I have 3 down and 5 to go.

I usually steer clear of the Vampire genre because the books are unusually bad!! But I'd be interested in something highly recommended. Besides Bram and Ann there hasn't been much to bite about. ;)
