Yes, I agree, Argentina is an amazing country.  We especially enjoyed the Patagonia region of Argentina.  Also, the Patagonia region of Chile is great... except that the Chileans speak a terrible dialect of the Spanish language.  Both our Peruvian friends and out Argentinean friends tell us that they can't understand the Chileans.  Bill

Hi, Laura... Thanks for writing and welcoming me to book blog.  You asked about where I'd traveled.  Well, my wife and I have lived (and worked voluntarily) in the Peruvian Andes.  And while living in Peru, we traveled elsewhere in South America.  We've also traveled in Mexico, New Zealand, Italy, and Spain.  This fall, we'll spend three weeks in Ireland.  And just a week ago, we completed a two-month drive from Oregon to Florida and back... oh yeah, that reminds me... in 2005, we drove around the USA (and British Columbia) for seven months.
