You can add extra pages to your blogger blogs. When you are on Blogger Dashboard, on the left is your menu with Posts, Stats, Layout, etc. There is a menu option here that says Pages. Click on this, then click on the button New Page. There will be a button or option when setting up your page that allows you to have the page tab show up at the top of your blog. Good luck w/ this, and let me know if you have anymore questions.
