I didn't organize it myself.  I had someone organize it for me.  i opted to to 8 different stops.  One some stops I am doing a giveaway on others i am doing a giveaway and I am getting a review by the blogger.  There reviews show up on their blog, on amazon and on goodreads.  I can give you the site i used to set things up if you want.

This site is great and can work for you. The best results are ONE on ONE and for reviews a good method is to exchange reviews with other authors. The review groups get requests like yours all the time and it has been my experience that they do not respond or rarely unless approached directly so if you go to bloggers groups here, you can find the link directly to their blog and fill out review request forms and contact guidelines. Remeber you are one of thousands of self-published (me too) authors looking for the same thing. I go site by site and follow their guidelines. I have read blog posts where they complain that authors do not follow their guidelines!
A few months ago I also exchanged reviews with a couple of authors, this can be helpfull as well but you are best served staying within your genre.
