There should be a brown button on the right hand side under the comment box that says "add reply". It's fine to offer PDF's to most reviewers. Occasionally, someone will request you gift them one though Amazon, because they have a Kindle and it's just easier for them to have it downloaded into their device.

You're welcome, Trevor :) By suggestions, I'm assuming you want some advice about how to get attention for your e-Book? Congrats btw!! Since having my novel published back this past Oct, I've learned that the most important thing is to market it to the biggest audience possible. I was published by a small independent publisher who does absolutely no promo for me, so it's been up to me to get the word out. First I tried getting as many bloggers as possible to review my novel. To request reviewers for your novel join the group World Wide Reviewers. Post your information under Book Review Offers. I’ve gotten quite a few people to review my novel through there. I've also done a number of guest blogs and author interviews for bloggers I’ve met.

Have you thought about doing Internet Radio? I did an interview with The Author Show back in February. The initial airing of the interview is free and lasts for 24 hours. I purchased a marketing package to capitalize on the interview and I’ve noticed my book sales have gone up the additional times my interview was aired.

I recommend that you start interacting in the forum. Get your name out there, get involved in the discussions, and always leave links to your website.

Also, look for books like yours and where they have been reviewed. Start sending review requests out to bloggers along with a short synopsis of your latest title. Nothing like some free publicity!

Love the concept. You just need more posts and maybe start blasting them out on twitter.  There are lots of place on facebook for authors to network as well.

I'd give it time. You've joined this site, which is a great way to publicize your book and your site. If you participate actively here, you'll start increasing your pageviews and sales. If I were you, I'd join a group or two. I know they have at least one for authors trying to publicize their book. Good luck! (:
